Application

The Taylor Made Acid/Nitrogen Circulating Sub is typically installed in the BHA above a downhole motor.  The circulating sleeve is used to protect the motor from corrosive or potentially damaging fluids.  To activate the sleeve, a ball is pumped to the sleeve.  Applying additional pressure will shear the sleeve and open the circulating ports.  Fluid is shut off to the motor and safely circulated above the motor.
