Application
The Taylor Made Mechanical Wireline Jar releases to create an upward impact when the applied line overpull equals the pre-load adjustment of the jar setting. When returned to the neutral and slacked off upon, the jar will automatically recock.
Jar adjustment is performed by removing the top bushing and inserting the adjustment wrench.
